Breathing is essential, it is part of daily activities, we cannot do without, can we?

What if you could be more efficient, having more energy and focus without the pressure of any must?

In this workshop, we’ll take the time to tap into the breath: we’ll focus on the link between the breath and the nervous system, how to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, you’ll experience that our breath can influence our state of being, emotionally and physically.

During this 1,5 hours workshop we’ll balance theory and practice: In addition to explanations on the nervous system, the respiratory functions and organs (to feed our brain), exercises will enable you to discover, to try, to experience.

Last but not least, you’ll get simple techniques to practice home, both on a daily basis and in case of “emergency”.
