Did you known that in Chinese medicine, each season is associated with an element, organ, sense (…) and has a specific energy that we can balance.
Most of us usually take care of ourself when we feel pain, when our bodies hurt or when we feel stress or emotional imbalance… What if we would make our selfcare a routine to remain balanced instead of waiting for the pain to knock on the door?
We create an opportunity; take the time for yourself, come and let this beautiful energy flow. We got you, this is what Traditional Chinese Medicine is all about !
After a Do-In session , when you can feel and learn new simple routines to practice anywhere, you’ll experience some simple Shiatsu Kata (movements). The workshop is presented in English but translation into French and Dutch are possible.

Our vision
We are passionate about self empowerment : moving from the one more bullet on a too long “todo list” to easy habits which make our lives better and simpler.
From this vision, we love to share the beauty of Shiatsu, because of its simplicity yet profound human touch, because in a single workshop you already refill your batteries, restore the energy (Ki) flow and balance yourself to move forward with your own journey.
If our vision resonates with you, you are most than welcome to join us, and as we strongly believe that “sharing is caring”, it is even better if you come with a friend.
Changing life’s habits starts by changing one thing at the time, and thereby create a new custom which becomes yours.
our hosts :
Florence Chéreau is a full time Shiatsu therapist (formed at the N.S.K.S), Tuina Therapist and acupuncturist in formation at Bo-Yi Academie.
She finds fulfillment in preparing and teaching workshops together with Anne-Cécile in which Florence brings the practical input. To learn simple movements and to experience whatever happens within oneself and the other herein, is the main focus. Originally, Shiatsu is a family practice and that is the very beauty of it.
