Breathing workshop

Did you notice that when opening an email you are holding your breath ? Everyone does it, it even got a name : email apnea.

Breathing is essential, it is part of daily activities, we cannot do without, can we? But which technique(s) suits you ? how to become more aware, more focus, more relax ?

If you look around, you’ll find so many different technics and info about the breath 4-4-4-4, 4-7-9, Wim Hoff, rebirthing, Pranayama…

But where should we begin ?

In this workshop, we’ll take the time to tap into the breath : we’ll focus on the link between the breath and the nervous system, how to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, you’ll experience that our breath can influence our state of being, emotionally and physically.

During these two hours workshop we’ll balance theory and practice : In addition to explanations on the nervous system, the respiratory functions and organs (to feed our brain), exercises will enable you to discover, to try, to experience.

Last but not least, you’ll get simple techniques to practice home, both on a daily basis and in case of “emergency” ;D.

Everyone is welcome, from the total beginner to people already having knowledge about their breath.

The workshop being practical, it will be a combination of Do-In , Breathing practices and heart focused exercises.
