In Chinese medicine, 5 organs have a so-called spirit, out of the five organs, the heart is the monarch, responsible for our spiritual and mental activities; the heart is where the “spirit” (shen) resides.
The responsibility of the heart is to be the emperor of all organs, for the commander-in-chief achieved dominion over the whole body by governing blood and vessels. Furthermore, at a higher level, the heart is seen as the center of the mind and consciousness for its storing spirit.
Being said and known for thousands of years, the western science starts to support this ancient wisdom.
For more than 30 years, the HeartMath institute has been documenting and researching on the heart and the connexion between the heart and the brain.
They translated into western understanding and science of the wisdom of the heart: how the heart-brain connection influences our perceptions, emotions, intuition and health.
The combination of simple protocols/exercises with studies helps you understand and learn how to tap into the power and intelligence of your heart, which awakens the best version of yourself.

Individual sessions
When dealing with specific thematic (anxiety, trauma, depression, trouble focusing…) one on one sessions can be implemented, following HeartMath protocoles (diagnostic, mapping the actual situation, setting goals and implementing specific tools).
